Job Description
As the Sales Operations Manager at Vortax LLC, you will lead the call center sales team, driving revenue growth while ensuring exceptional customer engagement. Your responsibilities will include developing effective sales strategies, managing team performance, and optimizing operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Recruit and mentor a high-performing sales team.
- Oversee call center operations and implement best practices.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; 4+ years in a sales leadership role.
Location: DHA Phase 1 LHR
Timing: 7 PM – 4 AM
Salary: Rs90,00 – Rs100,00 per month
