Job Description

WAVE, a prominent U.S.-based call center, is actively seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Lead for our Islamabad location. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of agents to achieve sales and verification targets.
• Facilitate coaching sessions to improve team performance.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and client expectations.
• Handle escalations effectively while fostering a positive workplace environment.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Team Lead in a call center or BPO.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to work night shifts (U.S. hours).

Salary: PKR 70,00–100,00 per month

Location: 3rd Floor, Time Square Plaza, I-10 Markaz, Islamabad
