Job Description
Webbuggs is on the lookout for a driven Customer Service Representative to become part of our rapidly growing logistics support team. This position plays a vital role in our U.S.-based trucking and dispatch operations, providing excellent opportunities for professional development and income in a collaborative atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make high-volume outbound sales calls.
- Deliver tailored sales presentations.
- Respond to incoming inquiries promptly.
- Manage a sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Work collaboratively to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Requirements:
- Education: O/A Levels, FA/FSc or higher.
- Fluency in English (North American accent preferred).
- Prior experience in trucking, dispatch, or sales is a plus, but we welcome fresh candidates as well.
