Job Description
Work Generations Pvt Ltd seeks an experienced Business Operations Team Lead for the evening shift (4:00 PM–12:00 AM) at KPZ Galaxy Mall, 1st Floor, Bahria Intellectual Village, Phase 7, Bahria Town, Rawalpindi. This full-time, in-person role requires 4–7 years of operations experience to lead, coach, and manage daily workflows while ensuring KPIs, SOP adherence, timely escalations, and effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Oversee team performance, training, and operational execution
- Analyze metrics, drive process improvements, and manage escalations
- Bachelor’s degree required; strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
- Proficient with MS Office and CRM/ERP systems
