Job Description
Wrap Lab is currently seeking a committed Surveillance Officer to oversee restaurant operations and ensure adherence to hygiene and safety standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring staff interactions and customer service, identifying and reporting any violations, and conducting comprehensive inspections of kitchen and dining areas. The ideal applicant will not only enforce policies but also contribute to staff training and effectively address customer complaints. Furthermore, the role requires the preparation of daily and weekly compliance reports that include actionable recommendations.
