The successful candidate will manage sensitive conversations, handle calls, and maintain precise communication records, demonstrating both empathy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle calls related to legal case work.
- Communicate effectively with UK clients and relevant authorities.
- Maintain detailed and confidential notes from calls.
- Collaborate with the internal legal team.
