Job Description
Xeosol Private Limited is on the lookout for a dynamic and confident Female Sales Associate to enhance our sales team. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional communication skills paired with a strong passion for customer service and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet customers and assist with product selection.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Clearly explain product features and pricing.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
- Ensure store cleanliness and organization.
- Process POS transactions efficiently.
Requirements:
- Minimum of Matric; Bachelor’s degree is a bonus.
- Preferred experience in sales or customer service.
- Fluency in English and Urdu is essential.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
