Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Ya-Tech. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Answering calls professionally
- Responding to customer inquiries
- Handling and resolving customer complaints
- Providing customers with product and service information
- Processing orders, forms, and applications
- Identifying and escalating priority issues
- Coordinating with the relevant department for follow-ups
- Generating and following up on business leads
- Performing any other tasks assigned by management
Salary: Rs30,00.00 – Rs35,00.00 per month
