Job Description
Location: Chandni Chowk, Rawalpindi
Shift: Night Shift – 09:00 PM to 06:00 AM
Salary: 35,00 PKR – 50,00 PKR (Basic Salary) + Commissions
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain client information in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team for appointment handoffs.
- Meet daily and weekly call targets.
- Handle client inquiries with confidence.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a BPO or call center.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English.
- Positive attitude and organizational skills.
