Job Description
Zameen.com, Pakistan’s leading real estate portal, is seeking a proactive Customer Service Representative to manage client inquiries, coordinate property viewings, and support sales and leasing activities.
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person; schedule viewings and maintain CRM records.
- Prepare documentation, follow up on leads, resolve customer concerns, and coordinate with agents and marketing.
- Requirements: Associate’s or Bachelor’s in business/communications preferred, customer service experience (real estate a plus), proficiency in MS Office and CRM, strong communication and organizational skills.
- Full-time (freshers welcome). Competitive salary plus commission; Rs40,00–Rs100,00/month. Benefits include health insurance and allowances. Work location: in-person.
